All kingdoms across the nation will gather at the Enyokeni palace in KwaZulu-Natal on Friday to celebrate and honour the life of Zulu King Goodwill Zwelithini as he turns 70.

Dancing Pencils and UmSinsi Press publishers are joining the whole world and wishing His Majesty King Zwelithini Goodwill Zulu “Isilo Samabandla” a very happy 70th birthday.

As a present the Principal of Queen KaMsweli Primary school in Nongoma, Queen Nompumelelo Zulu, (his wife) and her Grade 6 learners are presenting to him this anthology of right brain stories.

The learners wrote them especially for him. We all trust that he has an enjoyable birthday celebration.

This book or anthology of grade 6 children’s is dedicated by the Queen to the King of the Zulu nation, King Zwelithini Zulu.

Traditional leaders from all corners of South Africa, business leaders and top government officials including President Cyril Ramaphosa, his deputy David Mabuza and former president Jacob Zuma are expected to grace the event.

The theme of this year’s celebrations is to reflect on the king’s journey through the seven decades he had been alive. He will also give his views on how he sees the Zulu nation currently and how he projects it to be in the next two centuries

Spokesman for the royal family Prince Thulani Zwelithini said the king’s mission together with his subjects was to create an economically viable kingdom and sustainable royal household.
